What We Do

• Talk to people about their dreams and experiences, and design plans based on these
• Help locate supports and services to meet people's preferences and needs
• Review supports and services periodically to be sure they continue to meet people's needs
• Assist people in locating their own supports and in advocating for themselves
• Identify service gaps and try to make changes in the service system
• Provide community education
