Eligibility and Access
To receive services from Service Coordination, Inc., you must be referred to us by the Maryland State Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA).
To be referred to us, you must first submit an application to your DDA Regional Office. To learn more, visit the DDA website's "How To Apply" page.
Once you are referred to us, you will be assigned a Service Coordinator.
